Bruce Nevill was a practice owner in South Africa before getting the opportunity to specialise in small animal surgery at the University of Pretoria. He completed a masters degree in surgery and then stayed on at the university for several years as part of the academic hospital surgical referral service.

He has wide experience in orthopaedic, soft tissue and spinal surgery.
